Je suis en région parisienne (Seine-Saint-Denis) avec une liaison ADSL de base (1024) et je n’ai été touché que dans la soirée du 21, vers 21h30. La journée s’était pourtant bien passée. Aujourd’hui, j’ai d’énormes difficultés pour accéder à la plupart des sites que je consulte habituellement. Les pages se figent et je dois utiliser le Gestionnaire de tâches.

Le fait d’avoir tout chez le même fournisseur et encore de ne pas d’avoir d’AS et/ou de n’être dépendant d’un seul fournisseur de transit est tout bonnement stupide…

Ca peux passer pour de l’ADSL grand public, mais pour des services pro (datacenter) c’est de la bêtise.

Maintenant, le fait que Orange (pro ou pas pro) force les « petits » a peerer avec OpenTransit (sic, qui devrais s’appeller ClosedTransit), prouve une fois encore que l’Internet by Orange(c)(r)(tm) et pas loin du minitel 2…

A moins que cette panne est dûe a l’Hapodi compliance de Orange ?

Sur Clermont ferrand le probleme s’est fait sentir simultanément sur nos 2 SDSL orange et sur nos 3 adsl grand public orange.

Le transit IP a été rétabli peu après midi mais les DNS orange sont restés injoignables (ou muets) nettement plus longtemps ce qui rendait la navigation difficile ou impossible.

Une connexion Free sur le même DSLAM n’a pas été affectée par le problème.

Au debut de la période concernée, de nombreux sites situés dans des datacenters ont été injoignables, même depuis les reseaux d’autres opérateurs tels que free. Le traffic vers les USA était également fort perturbé.

Sauf qu’UniversalMobile n’a pas de réseau (il n’a pas de licence GSM), il utilise celui de SFR. UM n’est qu’un vendeur d’unités. S’il y a un problème chez son transporteur (SFR, donc), il peut facilement rétorquer que c’est pas son affaire, que le problème ne vient pas de lui, vu que c’est pas son infrastructure… C’est-y pas mieux ?

Les lignes pro ont été impactées, nous l’avons été jusqu’à 12:15.
Seuls quelques sites Français (sfr.fr, orange.fr, free.fr) restaient joignables, les autres semblaient être bloqués à partir d’un routeur lyonnais
