Google installe la recherche en temps réel sur son moteur français
La version française de Google Search propose désormais des résultats de recherche en temps réel grâce à une indexation rapide des contenus issus de réseaux sociaux, de blogs et de fils d’actualités.
Google indexe plus vite que son ombre. Après avoir testé depuis décembre dernier la recherche en temps réel sur son moteur américain, la firme de Mountain View étend cette fonctionnalité en France et dans plusieurs autres pays.
Le moteur de recherche est désormais capable de délivrer, selon les requêtes lancées par les internautes, des réponses en temps réel, constamment rafraîchies, dénichées sur des réseaux sociaux partenaires très régulièrement mis à jour comme Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, Jaiku ou encore FriendFeed, une plate-forme communautaire offrant le partage de messages à valeur ajoutée, rachetée par Facebook l’été dernier.
Les résultats en temps réel peuvent aussi être issus de blogs et « des grands titres de l’actualité ».
Ainsi, Google table sur une indexation rapide et dynamique par ses robots pour répondre le plus finement possible aux attentes des internautes lorsqu’ils initient une recherche sur son moteur.
Mais ce nouvel outil n’est pas proposé automatiquement à chaque recherche. Pour mettre le dispositif de recherche en temps réel en route, l’internaute, après avoir entré sa requête dans Google Search, doit se rendre dans la barre « Afficher les options » et cliquer ensuite sur l’onglet « Mises à jour » proposé dans le menu de gauche.
L’internaute a ensuite la possibilité d’affiner les flux de résultats en temps réel, en choisissant une date de référence : « Nouveautés », « Depuis 24 heures », « Depuis une semaine », « Depuis un an ».
L’internaute peut également filtrer les résultats de manière à afficher uniquement les mises à jour par type de média.
A noter que cette fonctionnalité est également accessible depuis l’iPhone et les terminaux sous Google Android.
