A l »occasion du salon IP Convergence qui ouvre ses portes aujourd’hui (Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles, du 16 au 19 octobre), Nerim, opérateur télécoms indépendant, lance une offre de téléphonie mobile : Nerim Mobile.
Avec l’engagement « d’être l’opérateur mobile le moins cher du marché entreprise ».
« Les offres de nos concurrents sont incompréhensibles pour les clients, avec une complexité tarifaire qui ne permet pas à une entreprise de choisir l’offre qui lui convient le mieux », déclare Christophe Carel, Président de Nerim, cité dans un communiqué.
Un discours qui n’est pas loin de rappeler les engagements de Free Mobile pour le marché grand public.
« L’offre Nerim Mobile est simplissime : le tarif le moins cher du marché et un forfait qui s’ajuste gratuitement à la consommation de l’utilisateur. »
Trois formules de forfaits sont proposés : voix « ajustable » (de 1 heure à 10 heures), « voix illimité fixe+mobiles », « voix+data illimité fixes+mobiles+Internet ». Mais les tarifs ne sont pas exposés.
Cette offre de mobilité vient compléter le panel de solutions de téléphonie fixe de l’opérateur : Nerim Centrex, Nerim VoIP Entreprise, et Nerim VoIP TPE.
Nerim dispose donc d’un statut d’opérateur mobile virtuel (MVNO en anglais) assez particulier.
En fait, l’opérateur emprunte le réseau de France Telecom – Orange en exploitant les capacités de « facilitateur de création de MVNO » de Transatel (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler ou MVNE en anglais).
Nerim entend donc fournir une offre quadruple play aux entreprises en pariant sur la simplicité et le coût mesuré de son offre.
Il rejoint ainsi la cohorte des opérateurs télécoms pour entreprise dotés d’un pendant téléphonie mobile : Acropolis Telecom, Futur Telecom, Altitude Telecom, ou encore Keyyo qui a récemment créé le service MVNO Mobeel.
En 2009, Nerim avait annoncé un plan pour développer un service d’accès Internet totalement dégroupé sur Paris et les Hauts-de-Seine.
Mais le dégroupage effectif des Nœud de Raccordement d’Abonnés (NRA) n’a pas été confirmé.
Update 21/10/10 : Dans un tweet, Nerim précise que ce dégroupage est réel (NRA à Paris Centre et dans le 92) mais « limité aujourd’hui ».
