Assises de la Sécurité : selon le président de la CNIL, le manque de rigueur pour mettre à jour le vaste fichier de police STIC est inadmissible (volet 6).
Spéciale CNIL aux Assises de la Sécurité 2009 à Monaco (volet 6) : lors d’un point presse, Alex Türk est revenu sur la vaste enquête menée par la CNIL qui a permis de démontrer les lacunes dans la gestion du Système de traitement des infractions constatées (STIC), considéré comme le plus gros fichier de police (erreurs de saisie, manque de rigueur, absence de mise à jour…).
Créé en 2001, ce fichier permet d’identifier des auteurs et de servir de « caution » pour le recrutement de certains personnels (personnels de gardiennage, employés des zones aéroportuaires, préfets, etc.). Cela peut conduire à des injustices comme un emploi perdu dans le domaine de la sécurité, faute d’une information pertinente incluse dans cette base de données de la police.
Après avoir publié un rapport sévère en janvier 2009, le président de la CNIL compte relancer une enquête administrative. Pour constater les améliorations apportées en un an….
