Assises de la Sécurité : le DG de l’ANSSI précise la vocation du nouveau pôle étatique pour la cyber-sécurité.
En un an, la perception de la cyber-sécurité a changé en France.
Pour l’édition 2008 des Assises de la Sécurité, Patrick Pailloux était intervenu sous la casquette de directeur de la Direction centrale de la sécurité des systèmes d’information (DCSSI).
Cette année, il revient à Monaco avec le titre de directeur général de la nouvelle Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d’information (ANSSI) inaugurée en juillet dernier.
Une structure qui va prendre progressivement de l’importance au plus haut sommet de l’Etat avec des moyens dédiés (l’effectif devrait passer de 120 à 250 personnes dans les années à venir).
L’ANSSI arrive dans une période où de puissants Etats renforcent leur dispositif anti-piratage. L’Allemagne a créé une nouvelle réglementation portant sur la BSI (office fédéral allemand pour la sécurité des informations), le Royaume-Uni a élaboré une stratégie de cyber-défense, une agence dédiée est apparue la semaine dernière à Singapour tandis que l’administration Obama va prochainement nommer un « tsar pour la cyber-sécurité » (Cybersecurity Czar).
Lors de la pleinière inaugurale des Assises de la sécurité consacrée à l’intelligence économique, Patrick Paillloux a rappelé la vocation de l’ANSSI et de son centre de cyber-défense : capacité de détection des attaques informatiques, labelisation des produits et de prestation de services de sécurité informatiques, communication plus active, développement des relations internationales avec les agences homologues.
« Je sais que vous attendez le référentiel de documentation sur la sécurité. Sa publication devrait survenir avant la fin de l’année », a-t-il déclaré devant un parterre composé essentiellement de responsables de sécurité de systèmes d’infomation au sein des entreprises.
Sur ITespresso TV, Patrick Pailloux revient sur la vocation de l’ANSSI, la manière dont les PME doivent aborder la sécurité IT, le phishing et, actualité chaude oblige, les récentes attaques portant sur des webmails comme Hotmail ou Gmail.
