Assises de la Sécurité : le président de la CNIL maintient son projet d’un financement de la part des entreprises. L’idée de l’instauration d’un label CNIL est débloquée. (volet 3).
Spécial CNIL aux Assises de la Sécurité 2009 à Monaco (volet 3) : lors d’un point presse, Alex Türk a abordé la question du financement de la CNIL par les entreprises exploitant des données nominatives par l’informatique.
Une idée repoussée par le gouvernement pour l’instant mais l’idée fait son chemin.
En revanche, le président de la CNIL révèle que le projet de « label CNIL » pour communiquer sur la garantie de la protection des données est débloquée.
